Services

My primary service is supervised visitation, which provides a safe, neutral, and structured environment for children to visit with their non-custodial parent by appointment only. As a neutral third party, my role is to ensure the safety and well-being of the child/ren during these visits. I am responsible for enforcing the terms and conditions of the court order, and will remain neutral during the visit without taking sides. My goal is to observe and document interactions between the visiting parent and child/ren while maintaining a child-focused approach.

Supervised visitation includes the following duties: separate interviews with each parent before the first visit, orientations for each parent, active monitoring during the visits, staggered arrival and departure times, and documentation.

I do not provide transportation for children, therapeutic interventions, legal advice, parent communication facilitation, or babysitting services.

Additional services, provided at an extra cost, include: written reports of visits, provided to all parties involved; and court appearances, where I will offer factual testimony based on my observations. There is also an additional fee for reports that need to be written because of a parent's behavior.
